Back in May of this year, I spent a wonderful week in PARIS with my
sisters and my niece, Rebecca. You'll be hearing a lot more from Rebecca
as she is interning with me this summer and fall. After a year long
intern with L'Oreal she has decided to grace me with her talents and YEAH,
computer skills (of which I am lacking miserably)...My blog is another area of
interest of Rebby's (as we like to call her), she has high hopes of getting me
to post regularly or at least semi-regularly or even just every once in a
while. Rebby will actually be doing some post's of her own on my O so D
site. In fact, she's a bit O so D herself, so it's a marriage or a blog
marriage made in heaven. So here are some images of our Paris trip. For this trip, we decided to not do the regular touristy things, because we all had done them before. Although, we had to take in the Eiffel tower and
the Champs Elysees. But this trip was about being with people you love in
a place that amazes me, time and time again. Some of the images below are of
restaurants or places that took my breath away (design wise). Enjoy La
Vie en rose or at least drink some Rose`...
Around every corner, you find the most fabulous 'Patisseries', and gardens that make you weep. Some of the restaurants we ate at, were designed in a way that made me want to move in and had me taking notes on every detail and decision. The waiters , on the other hand, were for the most part, not all that hospitable (and coming from a fellow waitress for years and years and years), it surprised me and even surprised Rebby, who is french...And to end my post, my son Ryan will be attending the University la Dauphine in Paris this September, so until then Paris....A bientot (see you soon)...
